War Memorial gets a lift up

War Memorial Stabilised
Work has been underway over the last few days to stabilise the war memorial.  A special resin has been pumped into the soil beneath the structure to fill in the holes. This will hopefully mean a more drastic operation will not be necessary.

Work to refurbish the area around the memorial should now be able to go ahead.
