This pigeon is on the other side of the Thames. It’s a wonder it can fly carrying all that weight.

Not so green grass

It was the first day for a while that the weather forecast predicted rain, but there was not enough to help to turn the grass back green. If it carries on like this the grass will end up being the same colour as the paths in the Abbey gardens.

50th anniversary celebrations have been going on at John Mason Secondary School. They had a Fun Day last Saturday and an assembly to celebrate the anniversary mid week.

GYNAIKA Girls Choir

There often seem to be concerts on a Sunday afternoon in St Helens Church, and this week the Twins Towns Society welcomed over the GYNAIKA Girls Choir from Sint-Niklaas.
