First time I have seen anybody surfing into Abingdon. He swept himself along with a canoe paddle and paused to take a few pictures of the town.
Then paddled over to St Helen’s Wharf where he climbed the steps and disappeared from view.

…having been to the County Transport Plan meeting in November – (where there are no plans what so ever to alleviate traffic issues in Abingdon… the only solution offered is more walking and bicycles – and some extra busses…) perhaps THIS is the solution and so all our traffic issues will now be sorted after all… he does look a little like Ian Hudspith…
