Pascal and Debbie retired a few weeks ago. The shop closed for a couple of weeks during the transition. The new team in charge are working hard to continue the success that Pascal and Debbie created on East St Helen Street. I see the lights on each evening as they prepare for the following day.
They had a stall under the County Hall during Heritage Day. Best Wishes for the retirement and the continued success of the business.
Far and away one of Abingdon’s true gems. May the new team build on that. Good Luck!
Out of interest, will they be able to sell their wares at the French market? Or will that still be reserved for Eiffel Towers that are made in China?
Very sad to see them retire though it might be good for my waistline 🙂
Always a lovely shop with a friendly welcome and excellent produce.
Bonne continuation!
I miss seeing Debbie on my Sunday morning visit to the shop, but I wish her & Pascal a very happy retirement.
A month into our retirement and I can honestly say I don’t miss getting up a silly o’clock, but do miss the amazing support Abingdon gave us. We were the proof that small independents can thrive even in one of the back streets. Abingdon was the right place to open our shop, and we would like to wish Natalia every success.
