Staff Training has been going on for a while now. The new sign went up a on October 1st, replacing the red plastic one.
The Narrows were open for a ‘Live Session’ yesterday and have opened for a second ‘Live Session’ today –
I guess that means live staff training with real customers.
The Official Opening is 8th October during Abingdon Fair. Fair Rides are converging on Abingdon – ready to roll into town tomorrow.
What a marvellous place. Food was great. Roll on the 9th when it will open its doors. I hope they will always have someone on duty at the front door. The late night opening will
maybe cause problems at weekend when other pubs close
at their usual time.
