I was sent the picture and the question by Tony. But don’t know the answer. Does anybody?

The workers tell me they are replacing the metal grill which helps to prevent large objects and other debris from blocking the culvert which takes the River Stert under Stert Street. It will take about a week and they will landscape the area afterwards.
Which the question about what the procedures are for getting them to clear the debris when it has built up? Compare this with getting a lamp post fixed, where most have them have a county council number which you can ring to report a fault. Not complaining, just wondering?

I dropped a lotter ticket on 18 December. I’ve hired some equipment to find it.
