A snake of painted pebbles has grown and grown on the grass outside Abingdon-on-Thames Fire Station.

The grass has dried out under the blue skies during the Coronavirus Lockdown.

In the last fortnight the snake has grown, going round and round and round, with the help of lots of unseen artists – there must be 500 or more.

    It would be great if this, or at least part of it, along with those paper boats go to the Abingdon Museum as a reminder of life under lockdown within the town.
