A good flip of the pancake, judging by that pic. But a truly great flip would have touched the ceiling!

Should have saved yourself time by following new style Delia recipe – which involves short walk to Waitrose to buy a pack of their own ready made pancakes and then simply follow the reheat instructions on the packet.
I worked late today and missed out on pancakes and am very bitter and twisted about it!
