It is obviously not a cut throat business to have so many Turkish Barbers in one town! Good luck to them.
Does this mean the ‘colour coordinated’ portal on the Old Goal lawn will now be ‘re-styled’ in less intrusive colours?
I can’t believe how many hairdressers and Turkish barbers there are in Abingdon. Are people there that hairy? What is different or special about a Turkish barber compared to an English one?
The other two categories that dominate the town are coffee and charity shops.
Simply can’t see how that makes any economic sense, or an interesting retail scene that will attract repeat shoppers.
Stert Street seems to have a continual supply of interesting independents, but very sadly they don’t seem to last more than a year or two.
To be fair to the ones I’ve tried they are all very polite, chatty and do a good job. Not sure how many more Abingdon needs though
It’s obvious to me . Coffee makes your hair grow, now there are so many coffee outlets in town we need more barbers to meet the demand due toincreased coffee consumption and hence more hair growth
