Good weather for ducks …
A new outdoor pool sign was put up this morning by Scorpion Signs.
Quite a few people could be seen under the decking on the Salter Steamer from Oxford as it arrived at Nags Head Island.
The congregation at Trinity was swelled by about 30 extra people from a temporary caravan site on the cricket ground – part of a Christian caravan fellowship.
For those interested, the TV documentary about the female pilots who delived planes during WWII (see June 8th blog) is on at 11:30 tonight on BBC4.
i rather liked the duck picture – and now she’s gone!
It is back now. I try not to do too many pictures and thought 4 too much.
I wonder how long the banner will last this time.?.
The last one looked like it had been hit by a bus/lorry/high sided vehicle….and the rip spread fast….so presume not ripstop nylon material…
