There is a Coal fired Power plant near Abingdon,I think the name of it is Coabar?

I have a job there coming up in May,I have no Idea if its east or west of Hwy 81,sounds like it maybe east because friends tell me about a mountain they have to cross to get to it,they haven’t been there since the 70s
I’ve searched the internet looking for it with no luck,could someone here tell me the name of it and how to get there?
