Six weeks ago a car went through the windows of Sydenhams on Ock Street in Abingdon.
The windows have been repaired and bollards added and a notice added during the work says ‘Sorry for any inconvenience but our customers just cannot wait to get in here even when we are closed’
No disrespect to Sydenham but why did someone want to ramraid them. Didn’t think they had a cash machine.
They didn’t ram raid them it was a car crash and the notice is meant to put lite on it!………
Had a good chuckle reading that sign at 06:00hrs this morning as I drove past.
Good to see some “keep calm and carry on” spirit alive today.
