Have a wonderful Christmas Alistair…and to all regular contributors. The floodwaters are rising behind our house but I think we’ll be ok – the forecast is dry for this week and the next!

The Abingdon blog is the first thing I download each morning, before the newspapers or even my e-mails. Thank you Alastair for your very much appreciated glimpses of life in our lovely town.
