Second visit, half way through May, and the Banksia lutea rose is now very easy to see, climbing beyond the first floor windows. The rose is a symbol of hope.

I can’t see the rose yet on this Abingdon street corner but will go back again in a week or so to check on progress. A lot can happen in a couple of weeks.
