Another day with snowfall. During our early morning walk the snow felt wet and the ground was slushy, but then more and more snow fell later in the morning.

(The light snow of 2 days ago has been replaced with real snow – haven’t seen it like this in Abingdon for 21 years – pictures tomorrow.)

What I could detect at this late hour is that it is on Stert Street, where de Paaw once was, and is painted white.

Searching on google, I found “Isaac Newton, Alexander Fleming, Joseph Lister, James Watts – Some of the world’s greatest scientists come from these Isles…“

Not sure that is much of a clue. There is more detective work to be done here.
